Direction
After proper cleansing skin with Lueur No 1, apply an appropriate amount of Lueur No. 2 onto face and neck evenly, pressing gently until fully absorbed.

This Hydro Balancing Essence itself is a toner which I use it right after cleansing my face with the Purifying Cleanser. It is non-oily nor sticky & it will absorb into my skin by pressing gently on my face using my fingers & palm. I need to use cotton pads to apply on my face for other skin care toning products but this does not require & I save cost on my cotton pads. It also reduces my fine lines, lighten up my skin & reduce my skin pores.
